Seeds and pods are shipped using regular mail. For the AEVA, we use a specialty furniture carrier to make sure your garden gets to you safely. They will call you to set up an appropriate delivery time approximately two weeks after ordering. For the EVE we use standard carriers. Once shipped you will be sent a tracking link for your EVE. If you have any questions on when to expect your order please contact support@condopreneur.com

Returns

At Just Vertical we are fully confident in our products and our customer's satisfaction with them. However, we understand circumstances change. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product or do not want to go through with your order, we're here to help!

For all customers, returns will be accepted for all orders within 14 days of receiving your unit. For a full refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any refunds on any seeds, grow plugs, nutrients, or any other accessories.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy

Refunds are only issued once the unit is received back to our facility and after a quality control test is performed.

Returned items must not have been physically damaged or have any visible signs of wear and tear.

Returned items must have not been tampered with, manipulated, or altered in any way. The return must include all original items and equipment that originally came with the unit.

Note: If set-up, maintenance, and proper growing procedures are not followed as per the user manuals and guides, your return may be refused.

State the products you wish to return from your order.

Once the unit arrives in Just Vertical’s possession and has been approved for refund, it will take 10-15 business days to process your refund.

As long as the unit comes back in appropriate and working condition a refund will be processed.

2-Year Warranty & Growing Guarantee: Invest once, and we've got you covered. If your plants don't grow, we send new ones for free.

Just Vertical provides a 2-year warranty for the AEVA and EVE products. Within the first two years, if anything needs to be replaced (lights, pump, timers, etc.) because they do not work or break, through no fault of your own, we will send you the needed parts and materials at no cost.

If your AEVA or EVE is cosmetically scratched or damaged in any way, please reach out to support and we will get you the appropriate materials to resolve the issue.
Just Vertical provides a 21-day seed germination guarantee for all seeds we sell. Any seeds that do not germinate after 21 days will be replaced at no cost to you (if used within 6 months of receipt).
WHAT VOIDS WARRANTY

Using any grow substrate or media that is not sold by Just Vertical in the units. Please note, using soil will cause severe damage to the unit and may break the internal hardware.
Any replacement hardware not certified by Just Vertical.
Please note warranties are not transferrable.
The warranty does not cover any secondary shipping after initial delivery to directed address.
If set-up, maintenance and proper growing procedures are not followed as per the user manuals and guides.

The EVE has the same functionality as the AEVA but smaller. It is designed to fit in the tiniest of spaces, without compromising the quality and efficiency of this vertical garden. In the EVE, the main difference is that the plants are closer to the lights, meaning it is harder for fruiting plants to be grown to maturity.

How do hydroponic gardens work?

Hydroponic gardens, like those found in Just Vertical systems, work by circulating a nutrient-rich water solution throughout the system using a pump. This solution is delivered directly to the plant roots, providing them with essential nutrients and hydration multiple times throughout the day. Instead of soil, special growing mediums support the plants while allowing their roots to access the nutrient solution. It's like a continuous nutrient delivery system for plants, ensuring they thrive without the need for soil.

What kind of maintenance is involved with a hydroponic garden?

Maintenance for hydroponic gardens, like those in Just Vertical systems, is super easy! Just download the Just Vertical app and follow the notifications to add water and nutrients to the reservoir when needed. The gardens handle everything else for you! In between planting new produce, you can run a cleaning solution through the system to keep it fresh and ready for your next round of plants! It's hassle-free gardening at its finest!

Unlike other hydroponic systems that rely on pre-filled pods, Just Vertical gardens use natural moss plugs, allowing you to plant seeds directly. This innovative design provides greater flexibility and customization in what you grow. Just Vertical systems produce substantialy larger plants than other smart gardens!

How much energy do Just Vertical smart gardens use?

Just Vertical smart gardens, including the AEVA and EVE models, are designed to be energy-efficient. Both models consume approximately $3.56 CAD worth of electricity per month, which equates to around 0.072 kW per hour.

Despite using minimal energy, they can support the growth of a significant number of plants compared to other smart gardens on the market.

Do Just Vertical smart gardens need sunlight?

No sunlight is needed for Just Vertical gardens! Each garden comes with built-in grow lights, ensuring that your plants receive the light they need for healthy growth. We recommend running the lights for 18 hours on and 6 hours off for non-flowering plants, and 12 hours on and 12 hours off for flowering plants.

How does watering work?

Just Vertical gardens feature a built-in 12L water reservoir at the bottom. You refill it every 2 weeks for the AEVA and EVE. A pump inside circulates water and nutrients through watering pipes on the sides, running every 30 minutes for 30 seconds (48 times daily). This system ensures plants get what they need without waste, saving up to 95% of water compared to traditional methods.

How do plants receive nutrients in hydroponic systems?

In hydroponics, plants receive nutrients through the water because they lack access to soil, where they would typically obtain nutrients. Liquid nutrients are added directly to the reservoir along with water, and instructions for feeding specific plants are provided in the AEVA and EVE user manuals. The pump then circulates these nutrients directly to the root systems of the plants, ensuring they receive what they need to grow healthy and robust.
